Making A Purchase Ordering is simple. Just browse our catalogue, click on any items you want and put them into the shopping basket. Then click on "Order" and complete the few details required to process your purchase.

We accept credit card payment for orders made by phone or on-line. Payments are never processed until the product is ready for dispatch and all products remain the property of Sports-Bag Ltd until they have been paid for. We can process the following card types: Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Delta, Electron, Maestro and JCB.
Our products and prices are subject to change. Promotional terms only apply in the period stated for the promotion. All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges. Whilst we try to ensure that prices on the website are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur for technical reasons beyond our control. If we discover any errors in the price of goods after we have accepted an order from you, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit the order at the correct price or cancel. We are under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order.
The nature of textiles in general and stretch fabric in particular, is such that product variations can occur. Garment colours can vary in shade from those shown on the website and in the brochure due to differences between dye batches. Also, leg lengths are measured to the nearest half inch due to natural movement within stretch fabric. |
Shipping And Handling All orders will be processed as soon as they are received and we aim to fulfill all UK deliveries within 72 hours, subject to product availability. Please note that a delay of 7 to 14 could occur for items not held at our premises.
We send all our UK parcels by Royal Mail, first class, recorded delivery. Our standard delivery charge is £2.75p regardless of order size. Special delivery can be arranged if required but the full Royal Mail charge will be applied. Royal Mail charges can be found at www.royalmail.com.
We will ship to Europe and the US but charges will vary and include the Royal Mail "signed for" surcharge.
Please note that signatures are required at the point of receipt. If no-one is available to sign for the parcel, standard Royal Mail practice is to leave a card explaining how the parcel can be collected. |
| Delivery Schedule We aim to fulfill all UK based orders with 72 hours. If an item is not in stock and has to be sourced from another supplier, the delivery period could be up to 14 days. If a garment has to be made to order, the delivery period will be variable according to the complexity and volume involved. Our aim will always to be to give an accurate assessment of delivery time and to arrange for delivery of any order in the most timely manner feasible. |
| Back Orders We strive to ensure that the products you want are available. If demand for a particular item becomes unusally high, it is possible that we might run out of stock. Should this occur, we will back order for you and email you with an expected availability date and the option to cancel if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or European Union, 17.5% VAT is included in the published price. Children's garments are not subject to VAT, the upper limits of which are usually Size 32" chest for girls and 30" waist for boys. |
Credit Card Security When ordering on-line, all credit and debit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer and are not held in clear text on any website. You should be able to identify the secure transaction process by the golden padlock shown on your browser or the checkout page.
To process an order, we download your card details and process payment through Streamline, our card clearing company. This process is exactly the same as that carried out by a high street retailer. Your card details are not recorded by us and will be required on each occasion you make a purchase.
While all reasonable care is taken to protect the confidentiality of your credit card details, Sports-Bag Ltd cannot be held liable if, through no fault of its own, these details are intercepted and used by a third party. All personal details are handled by us in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. |

This includes your name, address, contact numbers, email address and details of recent purchases. this information is never passed to any other company and we do not monitor or record telephone calls for training purposes.

Returns Policy Our returns policy is simple. Should you not be satisfied with any product supplied to you by us, you should return it within 14 days of receipt. Provided the product has not been damaged, worn, washed or soiled and is in perfect condition and returned in it's original packaging with accessories, we will replace it or refund your purchase.
If any product is damaged or faulty when you receive it, we will refund any postage charge incurred by you. Otherwise the cost of returns must be borne by you.
You may cancel your purchase (where we have accepted your order) if you notify us within 10 working days following receipt of your products. You can do this by returning the product to our address, noitifying us by phone or letter or by emailing us at contact@sports-bag-ltd.co.uk. You must then return the product, in the condition described above, with proof of purchase. When we receive the returned items, you will receive a full refund within 14 days, less the cost of packing and postage.
Miscellaneous All content and software used on this site, including but not limited to, website design, databases, text, graphics, logos, button icons and the selection and arrangement thereof, are the property of Sports-Bag Ltd or its suppliers and are protected by English and international intellectual property laws.
